Make an appointment

Do you require an appointment? Please check first at Home Doctor. This website provides clear and reliable information about common complaints, illnesses and treatments. You can read about what you can do yourself for certain complaints, how serious they can be and when it is advisable to contact your GP. You can also use “Should I see a doctor?” to quickly see whether contact with the GP is necessary.

A standard appointment lasts 10 minutes. Do you have multiple complaints or are you coming with several people? Please inform the assistant when making the appointment. If it is not urgent, the assistant may suggest coming later in the week.

In case of emergency, dial 1 in the telephone menu.

Book an appointment online

With the patient portal Your Care Online You can quickly and easily arrange your appointment yourself, without having to wait on the phone. You choose the time you want to come, whenever it suits you. Is it an emergency? Then always call the practice.

Make an appointment by telephone

You can also make an appointment by telephone between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and between 1:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. Please note that the telephone lines can sometimes be busy, which means you may have to wait a while.

When you request an appointment or visit by telephone, the doctor's assistant will ask you a number of questions about the reason for your visit. We call this triage. The assistant is specially trained for this and is bound by professional confidentiality. These questions enable her to assess whether it is an emergency and determine how much time is needed for your consultation. In this way, she ensures that every consultation hour is well planned and that you receive the right help at the right time, from the right person.

Additional information about your appointment

Cancelling or unable to attend

Are you unable to attend your appointment? Please let us know at least 4 hours in advance via the assistant. We will cancel your appointment and you can often make a new one straight away. No charges will be made.

Do you have an appointment with a practice nurse (somatic or mental health) and are you unable to attend? Then we ask you to cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

If you fail to attend your appointment without cancelling, we will charge the following fees:

  • €25.00 for a single consultation
  • €50.00 for a double consultation
  • €50.00 for appointments with the practice nurse

Because practice assistants often reserve longer consultations or appointments for you, we charge a higher fixed fee for them.

Asking your GP a question during telephone consultation hours

Do you have a medical question you would like to ask your GP? Then you can use our telephone consultation hours. During these consultation hours, you can discuss your question directly with the GP. You can make an appointment for the call-back consultation hour via the doctor's assistant (between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.).

The telephone consultation hour is intended for brief, non-urgent questions, advice about simple complaints, or discussing test results. For questions that require more time, where a physical examination is necessary, or if you have acute symptoms, we will be happy to schedule a regular appointment at the practice.
